Hi, I’m Casey Murray, a two-time brain surgery patient diagnosed with a condition called, “Tuberous-Sclerosis-Complex“. After my second surgery back in 2021 I found my love for fitness after being bedridden for about two weeks. I’ve been lifting since August of 2021 and have found many ways to alter exercise to make it enjoyable and fresh. I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and bodybuilding specialist through ISSA and the founder of Casey Murray Personal Training, LLC.
My mission is simple: to make fitness effective and sustainable for people at every stage of their journey. I know that starting (or restarting) your health journey can feel overwhelming which is why I focus on creating individually customized training programs, guide you on nutrition, we’ll focus on consistent accountability that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
Unlike cookie-cutter workout plans, my coaching is designed specifically around your goals, your schedule, and your current fitness level. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or just feel healthier and stronger, I’ll be in your corner every step of the way. Your results are my goal just as much as they are your own.
I believe fitness should add to your life, not take away from it. My programs aren’t about quick fixes; they’re about creating long-term habits that actually last. With the right plan, the right support, and the right mindset, you’ll be surprised at how much you can accomplish.
