My Online Personal Training vs. In person Personal Training.

I’ve been asked time and time again this question, and I figured I would make a post about it to explain why working with me as an online personal trainer is superior to working with an in-person personal trainer. Obviously, I am a bit biased to answer this question but that aside there are so many benefits to working with an online coach rather than in person.

Why My Online Personal Training is better.

For starters, and probably the most obvious reason is the accessibility. You can access the program provided to you by your online coach virtually anywhere you go as long as you download it. If you go on a trip and need to ask your personal trainer back home at your gym, they might be hard to reach. Another good thing I have is more affordable programs than in person trainers. The average in person trainer charges $14,300 per year with 5 sessions per week. My average program consists of 5 days of exercise, and I charge under half of that for the same if not better coaching! I don’t even charge extra for nutrition guidance or special requests; my pricing covers every individual’s needs.

Now, instead of basing your exercise schedule on your in-person trainer’s schedule, you can exercise any time of the day and just meet with me 1-2 times per week. This relieves a lot of stress for many of mine and other online coach’s clients. With these weekly calls I provide motivation, hold you accountable, find errors and fix them promptly, and offer 24/7 responses to questions through my phone line. I even provide form videos to ensure all exercises are performed correctly.

All in all, I believe online coaching is an amazing, extremely beneficial & accessible option for everyone looking to improve their physical health & strength or work with a coach to get some muscle on their frame.
