Maximizing Hypertrophy

Hey so I was scrolling through some case studies on ways to maximize hypertrophy and I came across these studies that show lengthened partials and the benefits they have on hypertrophy. An abstract had actually shown that lengthened partials had more impact on hypertrophy than shortened partials when implemented with fROM exercises and training until failure.

People in these case studies had shown 5-10% more growth than other ROMs when training with lengthened partials mixed with fROM until failure rather than just fROM. You should 1000% implement lengthened partials into YOUR routine if you are looking to maximize YOUR hypertrophy.

Train until FAILURE!
